JOBs in UAE: WORK VISA POLICY में हुए बदलाव, 10 नियम जानना जरूरी

NEW DELHI: अब संयुक्त अरब अमीरात (UAE) में जाकर वहां नौकरी करना अब पहले से काफी आसान हो गया है. 
नए वीजा नियमों में 10 साल की एक्सपेंडेड गोल्डन वीजा स्कीम, स्किल्ड वर्कर के लिए 5 साल की ग्रीन रेजीडेंसी और नया मल्टीपल एंट्री टूरिस्ट वीजा जैसे फायदे शामिल हैं.(The new visa rules include benefits like 10-year expanded golden visa scheme, 5-year green residency for skilled workers and new multiple entry tourist visa.)

UAE ने पिछले महीने अपने एडवांस वीजा सिस्टम की घोषणा की थी. ये नए नियम 3 अक्टूबर यानी आज से लागू होने वाले हैं.

मल्टीपल एंट्री टूरिस्ट वीजा के लिए कोई व्यक्ति 90 दिन तक तक देश में रुक सकता है.(For multiple entry tourist visa, a person can stay in the country for up to 90 days.)

संयुक्त अरब अमीरात की ओर से लागू किए गए नए इमीग्रेशन नियमों से पर्यटकों के साथ-साथ उन लोगों पर भी बड़ा प्रभाव पड़ सकता है जो काम करना चाहते हैं या संयुक्त अरब अमीरात में रहना चाहते हैं.

Many people from India go in search of work in UAE. Here we are going to tell the important things in 10 points, which have been included in the new visa policy.

1. Through the 5-year green visa, people can live without the help of UAE citizens or any company. This visa will be available to people who are freelancers, skilled workers and investors.

2. Green visa holders can also invite their family members to stay in UAE.
3. If in any case the permit of the green visa holder expires, then they will also be given a time of up to six months.

4. The Golden Visa offers an extended residency of 10 years for which investors, entrepreneurs and individuals with exceptional talent are eligible for the Golden Visa.

5. Golden Visa holders can invite family members and children to stay with them in UAE.

6. Family members of the holder of the Golden Visa can also stay in the UAE after the death of the holder as long as the visa remains valid.

7. Golden Visa holders will also be able to take advantage of 100% ownership of their businesses.

8. Tourist visa will now allow visitors to stay in UAE for 60 days.

9. Visitors can stay in the UAE for 90 consecutive days through a year-long multi-entrance tourist visa.

10. Under Job Exploration Visa, professionals can search for jobs in UAE without any host or employer.
